UNIT NOT OPERATING

Please check breaker in fuse panel and make sure corresponding breaker is turned on. If unit was jammed there is an automatic shut off that occurs to protect the motor from burning out. In that case, there will be a reset button on unit itself, please push button and try operation. Please make sure that stopper is inserted properly. If problem persists please call us for service. UNIT IS LEAKING

Please check where leak is coming from. If unit is leaking, then a service call needs to be placed. If unit is leaking from plumbing that is connected to unit, then a plumber should be contacted. Back to top

UNIT IS MAKING A LOUD GRINDING NOISE DURING OPERATION

Please ensure that no glass or fruit pits are thrown into unit as these items will cause damage to unit. Please consult use and care guide for list of approved items that unit will grind. Back to top
