IS THE ICE THICKNESS ADJUSTABLE?
It is adjustable from 1/4" MIN TO 1/2" MAX and can only be done by an authorized technician. Back to top
ICE CUBES ARE STUCK TO EACH OTHER
Make sure door is closing properly. Also check door gasket to make sure warm air is not getting in, this can cause moisture and will cause ice to stick together. Back to top
