DRYER TAKING TOO LONG TO DRY

Check load size, also check voltage to dryer. Dryer requires 240v system , some condos only provide 208v. Dryer will appear to work properly on 208v but the element won't get as hot as it would be on 240v.

Please ensure venting requirements are met according to installation instruction. Check for venting blockage or kink in vent tube. Back to top

WILL NOT OPERATE

Check home breaker panel or fuse panel.

Make sure unit is plugged in.

Washer/dryer door has to be closed for unit to work. Washer lid has to be in closed position for unit to start working. Back to top

UNIT IS VIRBRATING A LOT DURING SPIN CYCLE

Make sure installation is according to istallation guide. The shipping strap has to be removed and the unit has to be levelled with a levelling tool. If all is done according to instructions then the next step would be placing a service call. Back to top

DRYER PRODUCING NO HEAT

Make sure dryer setting is on a heated dry cycle. If dryer is set to a heated dry cycle then a service call is necessary. Back to top
